Description

North Yarrows is a traditional Caithness croft house, which has been converted to provide comfortable accomodation for up to 5 or 6 people.
It is situated on the banks of Loch Yarrows, and included in the rent is a boat, moored just below the cottage as well as bank fishing on Lochs Yarrows, Brickigoe (Marl Loch), Hempriggs, Sarclet and Warehouse when in season. All are within easy reach of the cottage by road, apart from the latter, which is a hill loch, about a mile distant.
There is a dog-kennel and falconry mews adjacent.
The cottage two bedrooms, the larger of which contains a double and a single bed, and a sofa bed. The smaller room contains two single beds.
Colour TV, fridge freezer, full oil-fired central heating. Beds are all fitted with electric blankets. All bedding is provided.
All heating and electricity charges are included in the rent. This includes one bag of coal per week, and more may be purchased if required.

Terms of Let

Lets of North Yarrows run from Saturday 4:00 p.m. until Saturday 10.00 a.m.

Any items broken or lost must be replaced or paid for at the end of the stay

Although the cottage is cleaned thoroughly between lets, it is much appreciated if guests would leave the cottage in good order.

Payment is in two instalments, 50% on booking, and the balance within 14 days of the beginning of the let.
